Ronald Finkel has been a licensed real estate broker for more than 40 years. He brings to the company his expertise in business ownership, property management, development, re-development and acquisitions, land development, and property asset management and full service residential brokerage. Ronald is a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), completed and awarded the Professional designation of (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist, and in addition was a Founding Member of "Property Management Section" by the National Association of Realtors.
During his time as the Director of Investment Sales for a high volume regional brokerage firm, Ronald had executive responsibility for their client's acquisitions, sales, development, and asset protection with detailed property management decisions.
Ronald has been an integral part of several real estate transactions, small and large. These usually involved tax-free 1031 exchanges where he worked directly with attorneys and CPAs in reaching the right investment solution.
In addition, Ronald has developed residential housing and provided excellent results for both real estate buyers and sellers. He is capable of representing his clients like no other company across The Valley.
Ronald comes from Nebraska. He has conducted business in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, New Mexico, California, Colorado, Washington, Hawaii, Guam, and Arizona.
Ron served two full terms as a board member of the Scottsdale Industrial Development Authority, bringing his time on the board to 12 years. Ronald is a graduate of Scottsdale Leadership, contributor for many business publications, and steward with the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy (MSC) and several other memberships, certifications, and honors. In addition to having a commercial radio show on Sundays.
Through the years, Ronald has been a board member for several associations. These include the Homeowners Association Board of Directors, Western Region Jewish National Fund (JNF) of Arizona, and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
